Development

Start project Friso Scholten

Start master thesis project of Friso Scholten on schort-term prediction. The project researches the possibilities to use short-term predictions in the decision making process of traffic operators based on available data on the traffic situation and the predicted situation.

Start project Emiel van Eijk

Start master thesis project of Emiel van Eijk on the coordination between traffic control and in-car route guidance. The project deals the design of a controller which uses information from in-car devices to optimise traffic control.

Start project Joost van Kampen

Start master thesis project of Joost van Kampen on the development of a decentralized control strategy for route guidance. The project develops a route guidance algorithm, that considers the features of prediction, coordination and efficiency.
